178... and here I am yet again.
I'm going to buckle down and hit 177 before the week is out, I've gotta break this plateau one way or another.
It's getting a bit frustrating, I won't lie. I want to believe I am still shedding body fat, but with no way to measure I'm left with just my weight. The other issue is the changes in my body are much less dramatic than they were dropping from 209 to 190 or so.
I think I might just go buy a BIA scale so I can get a good estimate on my body fat percentage.

I had a friend tell me that whatever she does today, she'll see the results in two weeks from today. I started trying to lose weight Sept. 1 (although I just joined on here), and I've noticed that her theory of her own body is pretty accurate for mine, too. So, don't be so hard on yourself. If you put in the work, you'll get results!
