2x7 min on eliptical once at 5 and once at 6. Legs feel tight. 2x4 min running...starting at 3.0 and moving up to 3.7 for at least 2 min. breathing ok, but legs really tired. Feels like I need to stretch constantly. Not as good a day as Thursday.
