1. Wake 5:40 a.m/shave/dress/cook breakfast
2. Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 wheat toast, coffee no sugar.
3. 100mg vitamin C, 1 tumeric pill, 2 omega 3, 1 multivitamin, ibuprofen
4. Gym 630 a.m to 730 a.m.
5. 100 mg vitamin C, 1 H.
6. two bottles of water
7. Lunch-91 g Italian sausage, 1 wheat toast, slice of Colby Jack
8 Snack- 1 navel Orange
9 shower
10. Dinner-91g italian sausage, 1 garden salad with Italian dressing
11. 100mg Vitamin C, 6 mg Melaton.
12. 1 multivitamin, 1 tumeric,, 2 omega 3, ibuprofen.

(I am trying to focus on no snacking between meals except for two oranges or two apples per day).
