Bad news! I hurt my big toe last Wednesday and I really can't wear shoes! I have not been able to workout and use my trainer! Can't sleep right either PLUS I got sick...stomach and couldn't eat much. Lost two pounds but it should come back on once I start training and eating. Maybe not. I can only hope as I'm looking for something to cheer me up. I was doing pretty good and now I'm down in the dumps!😅

Awww, sorry to hear about the big toe...I broke my right one 36 years ago when a horse reared and landed on top of me (thankfully we were in sand) and I always know when it's going to rain :D You can read, crochet, do puzzles and oh about a million other things without useing your big toe! Basic exercises can still be done...force yourself to smile...soon you'll be doing it for real :D Will say prayers for you.

The 2 pounds won't come back if you stay at 1200 calories/day, especially at your current weight. Put some music on to cheer yourself up, or any of the other ideas that Spiritspell mentioned. Just don't eat, and then you say that at least one good thing came out of the toe injury - weight loss.
