Leaving tonight for the last part of Christmas in Kansas. At least driving will use 768 calories... Then when I get home tomorrow it is time to behave. I need to do this for me. There are lots of things i need to do for me. I have been doing for others for so long I have been lost. Time to pay attention to me and care for myself. Also I saw an article that said if you sit for more than 12 hours a day you have a 50% chance of dying next year. REALLY SCARY.
