Do you know what happened to Bulletproof? I can't remember if there was more to her name but had some good info and experiences and haven't heard from her in a long time...

I was very moved by this post. I've had the same experience. I was absent for a while, and many of the buddies I interacted with regularly have disappeared -- and it's clear they never met their goals. I'm glad there are still a few of the old gang left, and I've made a few new friends, too. But I plan to stay on FS until I reach goal and beyond. I don't imagine I'll ever be able to stop being vigilant about what goes into my mouth and, potentially, on to my hips.

I also deleted "buddies" and Facebook like-a-holics. Actually, I wish I had not opened a Facebook account, because FS is far more interesting and helpful.

I clean house about every 3 months, not just of those who are absent, but also of those who are clearly not here to lose weight/gain health (I'm not using FS as a Facebook substitute). I track my buddies' weigh ins, food choices, and comments pretty closely, and don't accept invitations of members who are half-assing it in the first place. Like seeks Like, and all that.

I thank GOD my buddies have stuck with me as I work on a computer 40 hours a week and coming home and getting on another computer get to be hard during the year. My Buddies understand that and stick with me. I went through 5 months last year with health issues that prevented me from working out and I felt terrible. I was not in a positive attitude and did not want to come on and fain support, when my heart was not it. I am not criticizing or judging you for your choice, because its your choice and your right. I just want to say thanks for all the support FAT SECRET Family thick or thin. I love you all.

I leave them on my buddy list hoping they will re-appear.. January seems to bring a few back. I was thinking the same thing this am wondering how many are doing So many helped me on this journey and I miss them.
