1.Wake 5am,Breakfast, 2 bacon, 1 toast, 1 ham, 1 cheese, water, coffee no sugar.
2. Vitamins
3. gym 6:15am-715 a.m.
4. Vitamins
5. Snack- 1 apple, 1 bottle water.
6. Lunch- 1 cup of chile with meat and beans.
7. Snack- 1 orange, 1 bottle of water.
8. Vitamins
9. Dinner- Two pollo loco thighs, 1 cup of salsa.
10. Snack- 1 apple, 1 bottle of water.
11. Bedtime, sleep, wake-up and do it again!
