4th day of cleaner eating/ drinking and I already sleep so much better. Last night I slept so deep that I had a real struggle to wake uo this morning! And now I have the lactose out of my system my digestive track has calmed down again. Phew. Will look into getting arnica drops and found some ibuprofen without lactose. Happy Days!!
My daughter has just gotten on a flight to Thailand. So jealous. 3 weeks of sunshine, ripe fruit. Paradise :) Maybe next year I will go with her for a week or two.
Haven't decided what I will do for exercise tonight. Back on the crosser or pick up the old bells. 20 minutes each?
Also need to book a flight over to Germany. My mum turned 77 yesterday and I was feeling a bit sad that I haven't seen her in nearly 2 years. Such a shame that she doesn't like England.
I so many ways I feel like that I am very similar to my mum. But I do hope that I won't get so opinionated as I get older! Not everything is black and white.
My Ex has dropped of some more bottles of homemade cider. Damm him. I know how good it is and I hid it in the outside fridge for now. Out of sight - out of mind! Right?

It can be tough living away from family, I hope you get to see your mom soon. Homemade cider sounds good. I've got still got some hard cider I made last year in the basement.

Congrats on your 4th day. Sounds like you badly needed to catch up on your sleep. Good luck staying away from that cider.
