goooooood mornin..no walk this morning...feel like i have the starts to a summer cold...geeez....could hardly talk last night....throat was so soar...used bites of ice cream to help it..must of worked..this morning throat is better..but nose is flowin like a river and i have a small cough...didnt sleep all that much last night...2 or 3 hours at a time...headed to walmart later an will pick up some halls...and some echinaeu...or how ever you spell it...just try an take it easy today an stay inside an out of all the dying flowers and stuff...
