Good morning all! Checking in, and trying to catch up with you guys. I'm kind of limited on that at the moment because I'm using the cell app.
Any who... weighed in this morning and have a 3 lb gain. I don't normally log 3 lb gains because I'be learned how my body fluctuates, ESP during certain time of the month. My big weigh in is a day or two after TOM (SORRY TM). I've pretty much stayed on plan (tho I haven't counted carbs excessively). I did come up with a wonderful LC slaw (OMG). I Ave been killing some pulled pork and hamburgers with it this week. Oh well! lol
Motherly duty calls! Will catch up more later. 😀

I make a mean cole slaw using 2 oz apple cider vinegar, 2 Tbs mayo, 1 pkt stevia, salt and pepper. Mix this and pour over grated cabbage and refrigerate for 1 hour. You won't believe how good this is!

I'm not worried about the 3lbs. As I mentioned, I know how my body can fluctuate. Now, if it's still there in a few days... Houston, we have a problem...lol.

Sounds a lot like the recipe I use, Shea, but I put a little sour cream and just a squirt of lemon juice in too.
