So.. If you need a laugh ...use your imagination and I can help. I tried bullet proof coffee today. Well that was the plan. IT is snowing off and on in St. Louis today and I went out 3 times to the store. Each time I was only going for a blender. Nope nope and finally way too much money later. On the upside I found a butcher with locally sourced meats who even carries Rabbit. My wallet was screaming on the way out the door but that is a story for another day. Back to the coffee... Lets just say I got a wild hare (lol) and mixed my coconut oil and cultured unsalted butter together so one scoop and done right? Oh fer the love of PEETE! I spilled the coconut oil all over dropped the bowl ( not sure which idiot said lets put carpet in the kitchen of a rental unit) So out comes the oil breakers and spot removers and the teeny tiny carpet cleaner...6 hours after an I LOVE LUCY episode (you know the one in the candy factory?) I get my coffee I put in a little cinnamon and stevia and even though it took me 11 hours to make it was worth it. Please God, let this be easier tomorrow.

In south city /SoHa we had gerbil sized flakes...I was very disappointed this morning to see no accumulated snow as promised. It doesn't snow here. Well not as much as Germany....I miss the pretty stuff. I could do without some of the drivers. Give an idiot an SUV and he/she thinks they're the Ricky Bobby stunt double an we shooting film on Talledega Nights.
