I know! For me it is not that I eat too much but that I am compulsive. I have looked at it for a long time. I have concluded that I starve my self to loose and then because I do food just seems to come from everywhere...drink lots of water to offset those feelings. Eventually it help. eat small portions no larger than a small potato. Eat lots of veggies & soups with mostly broth...I lost 100 pds. but need to re do myself...good luck climbing that mountain...
