Ok reporting in Ear is better ! YAY! Worked out 3 days this week thus far. 2 days in the gym and today was a powerhouse of 8 inches of snow to shovel! Yes near 3 hrs of shovelling is my workout for today and it took over 2.5 hrs and 7k steps before 9 am. So it has been a long day already and i have much to do in the shop. TTYL have a great day!

i like the snow and the cold even when i am complaining a bit about it or may seem like I am. With my hot flashes the only thing that was ever cold today were my fingers. My clothing and jacket were soaked through when I came in - inside and out. Not a dry stitch on me. :P
