Holding steady between 158 and 160ish. Trying not to eat past 2 or 3 pm. Doing yoga class 2 to 3x per week. Feeling pretty good. Going to the spa today to get a facial and relax for a couple hours. Stopped getting my nails done and doing my own pedicure for now to save money. Getting another tattoo next week. All of mine are below my knees then I got mine and my best friends birth flowers in the shape of a heart behind our arms above the elbow and now that I opened up the upper body, I want more! So funny I’m 50 and starting a whole other group of tattoos, I have more life stories to tell with them! I haven’t posted any journaling in a while so I thought I would get a little posted today. I am in here daily several times a day and still enjoy reading your stories about your journeys both weight-related and otherwise. 💜

That's cool 😎. I don't think tattoos have an age ^~ After all tattoos are very personal and expressive and ironically not always for other people but rather can be transformative. I hope you post a picture of the new one when you get it done.

So glad you’re feeling good! I used to wonder if I’d add tattoos later in life (i only have 1) but as I get older, I think why not? Whatever makes us happy.

I'm 45 and just got my first tattoo in April, on my forearm. I'm planning on a half sleeve finished on the same arm in August.

Thank you all for your support, I will def post a pic when I get it. I think I posted my last one that I got with my best friend. We have been friends since we were 5, 45 years and counting!

Yes I posted a pic of mine but it’s way back there in my journal because I pos/log my weight daily. Got it in March.
