I believe today is my 5th P90X workout; haven't missed one and don't intend to. Today's workout was pretty tiring as they all are.
One thing I have noticed about this year compared to last is how different my mind set it. I KNOW THIS WILL HAPPEN THIS YEAR!
Last January I had a very positive outlook but had just recovered from a bad accident and still didn't trust my body. I had tried before and pushed really hard but ended up hurting what had healed several times by pushing. So I was motivated but rather timid and unsure how much I can do physically.
This year is quite different in that I do trust that I can push myself and not reinjuring something. Now to keep this attitude going. One thing that I do know after losing about 50 pounds is that the lower my weight is, the more I can do. Nothing should hold me back now...except for me. :)

I use to love doing P90X. I'm going to dig those DVD's out. Thanks for the reminder and the positive attitude!

Thanks for the support and you're welcome about the reminder. If you can't find the DVD's or if someone is interested in starting this program, let me know. I have converted them and downloaded them on a flash drive to take with me if I will be out of town. Send me a private message with your email address and I will email them to you.
