KittenQ's Logboek, 02 sep 11

Ha. Get below 170 and have a major blowout day. I am not sure if it is because I started my period or if it is because I have been eating to few calories but MAN I could hardly lift my arms over my head yesterday. AND I haven't been exercising. The spouse gave me a little talking to about that. I will lift weights today. Promise. It is just that I have been so busy. I need to FIX that attitude. When am busy I need to make exercise a priority. But when you have dead lines rapidly approaching and things run into technical difficulties it is hard to think that going to the gyn is a good idea! Well so far today I feel better. I ended up eating more yesterday, and ate some fruit for sugar. It seemed to help.
