mistyraeb's Logboek, 16 jan 16

So after all was said and done, it was my kidney stones again. At least this time I did not have to go to the hospital. I feel 100 times better today. My back is still sore but other than that great. I am excited to get back to normal starting tomorrow with my exercise and food. Good luck buddies.

They are for sure, I have had them off and on for about 10 or 12 years. It is crazy...It does not seem to matter if I am fit or not or what my diet is I always get them. Usually about every 4-6months.
