Still struggling!!! but I won't give up. I think the wine after dinner is killing me.... Will have to watch that. I have made a planner for this week... so I hope to see good results next week. My daughter comes home from London after 6 1/2 years and I have to lose some of this weight. She was so proud of me 18mths ago when I was 52 kgs. Will keep focused.... :)))

hey hey that sounds like a good plan to plan in advance, i find that if i drink then the weight comes on you only have to lool at my weight history and you will see the 6lb weight gain over my 2 week break, that was mostly wine!!! have you thought about maybe a gin and diet tonic or a vodka and diet tonic it is only 1 point - maybe an alternative also the alcohol units are less than a glass of wine seems crazy as it is a spirit, when is your daughter coming home? I bet you can't wait to see her good on you for still being focussed have a great weekend xx

Always bear in mind, that if you drink alcohol, your body is so busy processing the toxins, that it can't process your food efficiently. So although it is only 'x' no calories or points - it puts more weight on, because of the effect it has on the way your body processes everything else. Enjoy your time with your daughter... And good luck with your weight loss, before she comes home
