So, down a pound this morning. Yesterday there was little change. Of course, yesterday I only ate 32% of my RDA. This was for not particular reason. I skipped breakfast because the house keepers were coming. Lunch was leftovers and dinner had been planned much earlier in the week. I wasn't particularly hungry though.
