So I have been exercising more, trying to do 30 min on the elliptical every other day. Im trying to walk around more during the day ( I am a full time online student/stay at home mom, so I am trying to sit less) After every elliptical session I try to work out on the exercise ball for about 10 min, do as many sit ups as I can, which I will admit, I have too much fat in my belly so it is hard, it hurts and makes it hard to breath, but hey! no pain no gain right? lol
