I just started low carb eating- so bread is a squandering calories. I am also a sugar addict that usually goes off the rails once a week- BUT NOT THIS TIME.
This time i am staying in control and i am not eating any of them! I want to lose more than 0.2lbs next weigh in- and i am going to keep that in my mind as IGNORE the pastries!
