I don't usually weigh myself so late in the day. However, we were camping and I don't have a scale out there in the woods. But even after hiking and drinking a ton of water this morning and then eating too, I was still down to 184 today. I will provably weight in again tomorrow morning before my day starts to really see how much I lost this week. The change in my diet has really helped I think!!
