Yngshen Tsai's Logboek, 25 jan 16

This time, I'm determined and won't give up.
I'm not losing weight just for health, but for MY ENTIRE WELL-BEING.
I want to have BETTER JOBS.
I want to fit in those TRENDY shirts and trousers.
NO MORE button should ever fly off my shirt again, nor should I receive giggly stares from others in the elevator, when it lets out that god-damn beep-beep sound.
Most of all, when I look at my reflection in the mirror, I have to feel GOOD AND CONFIDENT. (A lot of people actually lie to me that one doesn't have to reach a certain weight to feel good about himself/herself, but it turns out they are the ones who care the most.)
I don't want to live in that delusion and convince myself everything is going to be fine with this oversized body.
That's why I'm losing my weight, and I WILL SUCCEED (despite all the discouragement).

Check out Fitnessblender.com, Kelly and Daniel are awesome. Using weights will give you the transformation you desire.

TFYI! This wonderful website does contain a lot of useful workout videos that give clear, simple instructions. I'll definitely watch it everyday!

Try for everyday but life happens and Kelly and Daniel also have "rest days" to allow your muscles to recuperate. I have purchased the plans so I do not have to search for the programs everyday. They are very cheap and you always have them to use.

I agree that you have to do what makes YOU happy. For me, days 2-5 seem to be the most challenging. Today is Day 2 for me. Best of Luck to both of us! :)
