I’m excited that I lost 3 lbs last week. The funny thing is I’m not sure what I did differently other than pull weeds in my dads garden 3 day (sweat my butt off). Staying consistent with healthy foods and eating 1 or 2 times a cheat meal a week. 🍕🌮
