WHATTS HAPPENINNG literally failing this challenge too. Only me who could not do 1 day without checking the scale? What I have succeeded well with though is excercising hard and not one single bite of unplanned snacking. Gained like so many pounds in a week? Probably female issues but STILL its frustrating I feel so much bigger and aweful xD definately female issues haaha, this is what you feel every month as a woman if you have those issues :D
