anyone else ever look at old photos of themselves and think 'wow, and I thought I was fat then!' and wish they'd appreciated themselves more before?!

YES!! It makes me regret never appreciating my body. We must remember this thought when we get to where we’re aiming!

omg yes. A few years back I was 12 and a half stone and kept thinking I was too fat to wear shorts, too fat to buy the cute summer dresses, too fat to blah blah blah. I can't believe I was so dumb and I absolutely blame the diet industry that was springing up when I was kid for screwing with my perception of myself
