MommaCan's Logboek, 09 jul 24

Hmm. I ended up eating after 9.5 hours - so not quite within my targeted 8 hours zone. I also ate somethings not on my meal plan and ended up with too many calories for the day - decided I'd skip my dinner but then went off plan because I was hungry (that is why I ate a bit later than anticipated). So super over my calorie plan, not exactly on my targeted % for food consumption, ate during my fasting period, but I still am down a few pounds. I chalk that up to getting off the salty foods and excess bloating. Plus, no alcohol. So I will take the loss of pounds.

I stared off today with a nice walk with my son and dog. It is nice to walk with them. We don't quite hit 2 miles in just over 30 minutes but it is a nice neighborhood walk.

I hope to take it slow, maybe add calisthenics or stationary bike later this week. I am in pain almost 95% of the time with - I guess - sciatic pain. Dull, constant, and sometimes even wakes me up. Whatever. I am going to try a new chair eventually. Also - I really, really, really hope I can take the women's tennis class this Thursday. Problem is it goes 8-9 and every Thursday I am double booked with a 9am. Since we are online I can join from mobile device BUT last class they went over and I would have been late. Love the class though. I will figure it out.
