I'm going running in about half an hour. I hope it won't be as last time but better. I think I have to start tracking calories regularly (again) because I eat too many nuts. I also have to find ways to eat less in the evening when I am worried or have to deal with negative emotions or memories. Yesterday I realized I felt like eating only because I was longing for that feeling of well being that comes from eating, I wasn't really hungry. I have been able then to limit myself to one (microwaved) papadum and cocoa. Time to get ready. Have a relaxing Sunday you all :-)
