The shop is full steam ahead having fiund a company to partner for wholesale selection of “organic fair trade” coffees.

I”ll be working to establish requirements and satisfy regulations as the biz moves on? I may be setting myself up for failure but forge ahead it shall be.

Very few small town main streets in the USA do anything less than struggle; the economy is fickle in this land of hyper inflation, and risk is the name of the game.

We do what we can do while the oligarchy obliterates diversity in money markets. We try and try in small business.

Good luck! I'd be all over organic fair trade. Coffee houses in our small town have failed because the proprietors don't "get it". Coffee needs to be good and fresh. Condiments, including stevia and good cream, readily available. Hours regular, and preferably extended to catch the morning, afternoon, and late night crowd. Any sandwiches or pastries fresh and good. Ambience friendly with low key music that "everyone" likes and, if space allows, comfy seating to accommodate single readers and writers as well as cozy groups of students, elders, and mom clubs. I'm detailing it because our coffee houses have failed on many and sometimes all counts. I hope everyone loves your organic fair trade offerings. 👍🏽☺️👍🏽
