rebeccafussner's Logboek, 03 feb 16

So.. it is today. I think. Been such a whirlwind at work...I am not sure. Anyhow the 90 day challenge starts this weekend at the gym. I want to do well I am having difficulty with eating and work. I leave on one day and it is 4 or 5 days till I can get home again. So I have a suitcase a computer case and a rolling cooler. It is like moving in to two different houses every day. 6 hour day shift where i do my eating is where I leave my food for the next days ( keeps my eating window of opportunity small.) But the rest has to travel and cant leave it in the car my cosmetics will freeze. I NEED SUGGESTIONS. easy transport meals with few containers. If you could pass on little bits of brilliance or dazzling examples of intelligence I would be grateful for the help.

I am not sure what diet you are following, but I am on Paleo and I find that 'Paleo on the Go' is a good resource for delicious meals to go.I haven't found anything yet that I don't like on their menu of foods to choose from. They are pricey, but worth it for healthy delicious foods that I sometimes don't have the time to make.
