A bit disappointed about the amount because I "thought" I did well on my eating. Then I remembered I spent 4 days caring for my mother. My brother needed a break. So I missed two workouts and was eating on her schedule. I cooked for her and went off a bit on my own eating to eat with her. So with that, happy I did not gain. Yay!
