I plauted for a long time, but honestly I wasn't tracking calories and didn't regain anything. I look at it as good practice at maintaining. I'm not making excuses, but maybe my body also needed a break? I don't know, but something this week told me to start trying again and BAM: 1 pound gone. Another 9 to go, though technically my goal is 149lbs because that gets me into a healthy BMI. Even though BMIs are not the best indicators for health, I've always thought of it as a good goal. So here are to the coming weeks and *fingers crossed* finally meeting my ultimate goal!
