SjF60's Logboek, 07 feb 16

Getting lazy about cooking so I picked out a crockpot recipe I made before and liked to make for tomorrow. I also bought more protein drinks as they seem to keep my quest for chocolate in check since that is the flavor I like best. Sounds weird but 30 grams of protein which is hard for me to get enough of in a day.

ooooooOOOOOOooooooooo I love love love my crock pot. I cook so much in that thing... another thing is a rice cooker/steamer... awesome for vegetables and soup .
