Me too, sometimes with a dash of lime cordial. It's usefully deceptive in making me feel full. 17p for a litre in Tesco!

They shut our Tesco! Only problem with litre bottles is you have to drink it all before it goes flat. Still that shouldn't be to much of a problem. In fact you could pour half of it out and still be in pocket!!

Teaspoon of honey and a pint of water! Works everytime.

I frantically bake some vegan brownies or cookies- I'm sure they must be more healthy than the dairy versions!

Got litre bottles of sparkling water, in my local Morrisons, for 18p a bottle. I'll settle for that.

Or you could try natural coconut water, it is sweet but low on calories. Just don't drink too much of it. 150-200 ml a day is fine.

It doesn't work for everyone but for me, but if I have a sweet, I usually pair it with a huge mug of tea and I try to go for something small but really lovely in quality. Lindt does several nice (45-55%ish) chocolates that are super delicious even if you're not quite into the very strong dark varieties (I quite like the sea salt, as well as the blueberry) - two squares comes in just over 100 calories, 4 squares, which is pretty generous, is 190. If you want the same calories but more "food", and aren't put off by fruit carbs, half an apple, half a banana together come in about the same and are fairly filling, especially with the tea. Another thing is getting into baking with protein powders - there's some bodybuilder guys out there with good recipes (and yes some bad ones haha) to make mini "no bake" cheesecakes, banana/oat breads, etc that manage to be generous portions under 300 cals, packed with protein, which is quite filling. Hope some of that helps anyway!

I'd go for the Hartley's sugar free jelly as well. If I have some calories to use up, low-fat fruit yogurt (I can get it sugar-free here, not sure about in the UK). I also like canned peaches and canned pineapple. If it's in juice or syrup, I rinse it with water, and sometimes add a dollop of low-fat plain yogurt.

I chew on some mint chewing gum, or have a pack of hard mints near by to suck on one. 😊

If mine are bad I get the no added sugar jelly from supermarkets low cal and oddly filling :)
