But by the end of the day yesterday, I realized that I hadn't gone to the bathroom for several days, and that I was likely to weigh a lot less by this morning. And sure enough: ta dah! 168.8. On the other hand, my birthday is coming up this weekend, and I have already got 4 birthday celebration meals on the calendar. Thus, I don't expect to be at this weight next week, so I figured I should post so I could enjoy it while it lasts!
