Hermiones Mom's Logboek, 10 feb 16

No -- I don't generally weigh myself daily. But by the end of the day yesterday, I realized that I hadn't gone to the bathroom for several days, and that I was likely to weigh a lot less by this morning. And sure enough: ta dah! 168.8. On the other hand, my birthday is coming up this weekend, and I have already got 4 birthday celebration meals on the calendar. Thus, I don't expect to be at this weight next week, so I figured I should post so I could enjoy it while it lasts!
76,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 29,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 12,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Hermoines Mom - I've looked at FODMAP lists a couple times in reading your posts. I know you face challenges in finding food that you can actually eat AND things that satisfy the occasional cravings. You've been incredibly inventive IMO. Do Brown Rice noodles impact you in the same way as wheat pastas do?
