You got this. One tip that worked for me is before I went to places that have flowing food I would eat a salad first then some fruit. Then I would taste (about 1/2cup) what Iwas eating. If I could have atake away just ask them to divide my food at he beginnig and won't eat it til tomorrow. I also would order the smallest and divide it. If you drink two cups of water before and right after you finish a drink. You won't drink your calories that way and will get full while still having fun.
