Okay Sarah, now just as you are teaching your 3 year old, it is time to think about the choices you make.This logic does not merely apply to being "a good girl or boy" it is SO SO important in using this logic in everyday eating and exercising habits.
You need to do you running and for pete's sake, make good food choices. It is not THAT difficult. I know that "dieting" is not realistic right now. You are a VERY busy mom that works full time and is involved in Church ministries. Also, you are still breastfeeding. But you can make smart choices. Stop snacking on unhealthy things. Stop choosing unhealthy and fattening meals. Stop eating sweets after dinner or before bed.
You know, that you know, that you KNOW, that things good choices combined with running a mere 3 times a week to get started, you will lose weight healthily. JUST DO IT!

Okay, here we go, FIRST short term goal, Be at or below 183lbs on October 14th.
