loosinisfun's Logboek, 30 okt 09

gooooooooooood friday mornin everyone...wakin up to rain...been rainin all night i think...decided since i dont have alotta time to journal in the morning i would do it thursday nite...just easier to do it in notepad an cut an paste it over in the mornings when i have a few minutes...rain is back again...or it was thursday afternoon again..yesterday mornin i might of over did it...doing a morning walk just 30 min after i did my hour in the gym really drained me...im sure it was a great workout, but i could tell i was tired after the 2 workouts...had to drink another protein shake after lunch to get some energy, which is somethin i dont normally do less im gonna be doing some kind of a extra workout....do plan on doing the 2x30 min on treadmill an a hill program like i did on thursday morning...and then i might try ridin the recumbant bike for a few, before going home....try an add on alittle extra each day to keep this ole body guessing...did over 14,000 steps on thursday with both workouts an the steps from just movin around later in the day...well need to get breakfast over with an head to the gym...so im ther by 430am to get my workout started...have a geattttttttt friday everyone....

back already...only was in the mood to do 30 min on treadmill..just tired i guess...had good intentions, but after 30, decided i was just to tired to do anymore...tomow is a new day to get the exercise routin back in order again...

I am not digging all of this rain - Buddy! It is depressing! SIGH! You do a great job staying at it. You have been at this effort a long time and it has become a permanent lifestyle. That lifestyle is my goal too! Have a great day - in spite of the rain!

You're right it's no sense to do more if you are too tired. You did 30 minutesand that was good and you did extra the other day. Just take it slow and steady! Hope it stops raining!

Hi...just checkin the weather report. Do you expect rain with a chance of clouds tomorrow? I tip my hat to you for your dedication - up at 4:30 AM to do anything requires discipline, as it is still the middle of the night as far as I'm concerned -but for exercise? You've got the attitude...and you're gonna start reaping the rewards soon!
