Well yesterday was my first day if my challenge and think I did ok apart from having a bad da at work and so had 2 large glasses of wine. When I added it on It was worth 500 calories I am trying to do a low limit calorie diet of 1000 kcals so I went over yesterday cause of the wine! Annoying! But still have to weigh myself so we will see. . I need to channel my wine into exercise. That would be a good idea. But need to put itinto practises or limit my wine intake a week to a bottle (4 glasses)
