I’m on 1700-1800 per day at the moment 🙂 and try to get between 100-120 grams protein

Lovely... I think I must increase my daily calories. Im 1.71 and 58-59kgs. I have developed good muscle definition too! Im scared to increase my calories 😔😐... Don't want to get big again but 1500 calories plus 1 hour of intense exercise EVERYDAY is not enough food. I find myself feeling hungry n having brain fog! Just need to work on my body dysmorphia! I am slim n fit again and my mind must just catch up with that reality! I think I am not honouring myself n my wellbeing by under eating! I don't need to lose ANYMORE WEIGHT I look really slender n in shape! It's just my thoughts! Sorry for the rant lol😂 I just admire the way u allow ur body n soul to be nourished by good food🙏🏾
