On 25 May, in the last few kms of The Beast trail run, I had a freak accident, and broke my ankle in 3 places. I had ORIF surgery on 11 June to repair the fractures. On 27 July, I was given the clear to start weight bearing 🙌 And now, it's time to shed the few kilograms I gained over the last 3 months. Let's gooooooo!
