Soooooo, after my week of sitting and being in pain, I'm back at it. I got back with my mom and she and my little brother and I did P90X today and walked the neighborhood for an hour. It felt nice to be back at it, honestly. I'm in more pain than I was a week ago, my back is hurting me kinda nice right now, but I keep remembering that I have to fight with my body some to get my body and me on the same page.
