Tbh it wasn't my best one. I used the wrong potatoes so the mash was too soft 😩 😫

It looks lovely. I mixed potatoes with sweet potatoes and used half the mince with a tin of lentils with a spoon of yeast extract to add some beefy flavour. Loads of extra nutrients without adding too many calories. Not traditional, but very tasty.

The last time I made it, I used half African sweet potato and normal potatoes and it turned out really nice. Honestly don't know why I didn't follow the same method this time 😏
