Day 2 of re-dedication. Exercised this morning, Check, low carb breakfast and lunch, check, low carb dinner planned, check. Weighed myself this morning (2 more days till offficial weigh in) and I'm down the 2 lbs I gained over last week. So unless something weird happens by Saturday Morning I should be under 143. Got 5 more weeks till the big 40 and I'm hoping to be past the 140's and into the 130's by then. I also avoided the sugar free chocolate last night! Woohoo!
