I'm confussed as to how many calories i should be consuming. I know net carbs should be low, but what about calories ?? can anyone help me ?

Your net carbs should be 20, with 12-15 coming from your foundation vegetables. You shouldn't have to worry too much about calories, just make sure you're eating enough - should be around 1500-1800 a day. Not eating enough calories or fats could prevent you from losing weight.
