Well I walked 3.5 miles today. Steady diet of calories and carbs. Eating about 1650 a day. I should be on about 1800. But not having and starving issues. lol. I’m down to 305.5 from 347 lbs. my goal weight is 275. Have to keep the faith. 😎

Well done! You're making great progress, keep up the good work. I don't think 1650 is too low, as long as you're not hungry. I weighed 300 pounds when I started and I ate about 1600 calories, still do. Good luck on your journey.

That’s great. It’s funny how we can get used to eating less. Since my wife and I have been dieting, I found out that “leftovers” aren’t actually an Urban Myth. 😂
