Feeling so strong! Lost 7 lbs since my last doctor visit!

Doctor actually asked me about keto//os - of course I told her I love it. She was supportive of it because I'm eating a good diet and exercising as i should be.

cholesterol levels were outstanding and TSH levels are well within normal without meds!! (they were previously 103, serious hypothyroidism)

Fascinating, the impact on your TSH. But it does make me think - perhaps inflammatory foods assault on the thyroid and the keto diet lets it heal.
