Day 3 of re-dedication. Did well last night, scale now shows my weight is the same as my weigh in 6 days ago. By tomorrow it should be less. Got a shake for breakfast and a salad for lunch. Dinner is going to be Mexican food. Exercised this morning. Exercised twice yesterday.
