Well, well, well, 1 more kilo and I will be officially under 90kg's. I'm proud of myself for losing 6.5kg's already. In the old scale that is 14.3lbs. Which equates to just over a stone in the old measure. Woo Hoo I'm ecstatic! I've dropped one whole dress size and some of my 'old clothes' have become new again. It's only five weeks from tomorrow till we go with the family to Hamilton Island. Some of my family have not seen me since I've commenced this journey, so it should be very noticeable by then. I'm hopeful that I can comfortably shed a further 4-5kgs before we go and that will have me sitting at about 86kg's. My mindset hasn't shifted, my focus is strong and my willpower is like a warrior heading into the challenge!
