1st Day on new diet. (My own diet). I'm having trouble. I'm scared to eat something I'm not sure is okay for me to eat. this always happens to me. I become scared of food. and then I end up not eating much. I had a mcdonalds egg mc muffin for breakfast because I know its okay cause I remember it being in the south beach diet. I live a busy life. what can I eat that's quick and I don't have to prepare it. HELP! I'M HUNGRY!
